WADAS Outing to Plymouth

At the end of August 2005 members of the Society managed to squeeze in a walk around a garden near the village of Crapstone between an enormous lunch and a huge cream tea. Absenteeism on this trip was nil. The highlight of the Plymouth tour was the sight of the world's largest expanse of tarmac at the Hoe and a prolonged stay in the cocktail lounge at the Plymouth Gin Distillery.
